Nicole Paquin, C.N., is a graduate of the Naturopathic Institute of Therapies and Education in Mt. Pleasant, MI. She holds a national certification from the ANCB and has a BA in Psychology/Social Psychology from Western Michigan University. Nicole loves helping people discover the many benefits of naturopathy. Devoted to helping her students understand all aspects of naturopathy and how they combine into physical and emotional health, Nicole also has a special interest in the use of essential oils.
Beth Bailey Barbeau, B.S., midwife, doula/montrice & educator, began attending homebirths in 1979 as the 16-year-old babysitter for the ‘big kids’, leading to her first midwifery apprenticeship with Anne Frye and Harriette Hartigan in 1981. She has taught Childbirth Education classes for over 20 years. Beth's life-long interest in providing better support, community & resources to families AFTER the traditional 6 week post-partum good-bye led her to join up with Nicole in 2007 to open Indigo Forest, a holistic family center in Ann Arbor, MI. She and her stunt choreographer husband, Christopher, are parents to two homebirthed boys, Jianmarco (7) and Marcellin (5).
