Our Story

Indigo Forest opened its doors on March 7, 2007.   We (Beth Barbeau, Midwife/Educator and Nicole Paquin, Certified Naturopath) met seven years ago in childbirth education class while pregnant with our first children.  Five years, five moves and 2 additional sons later, we meet once again, this time on the first day of kindergarten.  Through many school parking lot conversations with toddlers in tow, we realized a shared passion for helping people discover a healthier lifestyle.

Combining Beth’s 25 years experience in the birth community as a childbirth educator, doula, and midwife with Nicole’s professional expertise as a Certified Traditional Naturopath, we imagined the kind of friendly place that could make the parenting journey easier, healthier, and more enjoyable.  We invite you come and explore all that Indigo Forest has to offer!
